I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled

an Ordinance to amend the Volunteer Ordinance, 1920,

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the

This Ordinance was introduced in accordance with

Section 8 of the principal Ordinance has been repealed. It

seemed unnecessary, especially in view of the new form of section 11

of the principal Ordinance.

Section 3 amends section 10 of the principal Ordinance in

accordance with the recommendations of the Army Council.
